Newton Airport Taxi MA is providing easy transportation service to Boston Logan airport with airport taxi and airport car services.

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:
    We accept all types of Credit Cards. Logan Airport Car (DBA) is incorporated by Logan Airport Car, Inc.

  2. Billing Statement:
    “LOGAN AIRPORT CAR, INC” will appear on the Credit Card billing statement.

  3. Service Hours:
    We provide 24/7 Airport Transportation, except during a State of Emergency.

  4. Payment Options:
    Credit Card only. A payment option is required to complete online booking. All payments are processed under the corporate email: info@newtonairporttaxima.com.

  5. Luggage Restrictions:
    Maximum luggage restrictions apply depending on vehicle capacity. Please check your vehicle luggage capacity on the Fleet/Fare Quote page. Any additional luggage may cost $3.00 per item. Please specify the luggage amount while booking.

  6. Changes / Modifications:
    Change, modify, or cancel free of charge up to 4 (four) hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please email info@newtonairporttaxima.com to request changes or cancellations.

  7. Refund Policy:
    Any refund paid by Credit Card will be processed within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

  8. No-Show Policy:
    In case of passenger no-show, the full fare will be charged and no refund will be allowed. Passengers must contact us or email to reschedule, change, or cancel an existing reservation at least 4 (four) hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  9. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations made more than 4 (four) hours before pickup will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 4 (four) hours before pickup are non-refundable.

  10. Reservation Requirement:
    Online reservations must be made at least 4 (four) hours in advance. For urgent bookings, please call us at 617 658 7057.

  11. Tolls & Fees:
    All tolls and charges are included in the fare, as per Airport Authority rules.

  12. State of Emergency:
    In case of a State Emergency, snowstorms, or heavy snowfall, services may be canceled. Passengers will be contacted prior to cancellation. For cancellations due to natural causes, change or refund requests may be issued.

  13. Pickup To Airport – Waiting Time:
    Drivers will wait up to 15 (fifteen) minutes for all pickups to the airport. Please contact the driver if you need more time, or a no-show may occur.

  14. Pickup From Airport – Waiting Time:
    Drivers will wait up to 1 (one) hour from the actual flight arrival/landing time. If more time is needed, please contact the driver, or a no-show may occur.
